Harish Kumar

Hello! My name is Harish, and I’m currently studying Medicine at the University of Auckland. I graduated from Macleans College in 2024, where I followed the Cambridge curriculum and achieved strong results in science and mathematics. I offer tutoring in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. I have a strong understanding of the Cambridge program and am able to support students in both Cambridge and NCEA subjects. My tutoring approach is patient and supportive, with a focus on helping students build both understanding and confidence. I aim to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and encourage students to ask questions and think critically. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable engaging with the material and developing strong problem-solving skills.

Outside of academics, I enjoy staying active through sports, including football, basketball, and cricket. I also love spending time with my dog, especially going on walks, which helps me relax and recharge. These interests help me stay balanced and bring a calm, encouraging energy into my tutoring. I’m excited to support students on their learning journey and help them reach their academic goals with confidence.
