Anouk Blackburn
Hi! My name is Anouk Blackburn and I am currently in my second year at Auckland University studying Biology and Anthropology under a Bachelor of Arts and Science. I graduated Mount Albert Grammar School in 2024 where I was an avid debater, a rower and I received a scholarship in English. I also received the Tresseder Hallet cup and the most promising Chorister award.
I’m interested in creating an environment where students feel like they can share or inquire without judgement.
I want students to understand learning can be broken down into much more digestible steps in order to make their work clear. I am able to tutor in English, Biology, Statistics and Psychology up to NCEA Level 3, Classics and History up to NCEA Level 2 and Social Studies, Physics and Health up to NCEA Level1 . I can also tutor in NCEA Scholarship level Biology, English and Painting. I aim to create a relationship where students feel like they are being encouraged to think critically and to know that they are capable of excelling and maximizing their abilities.
