Eesha Prasad
Hello! My name is Eesha and I am currently a student at the University of Auckland, studying Law and a BSc, majoring in biological sciences and physiology. I completed my high school years in ACG Parnell, which allowed me to thoroughly familiarise myself with the Cambridge curriculum. Before that however, I had previously attended Epsom Girls Grammar; also helping me to feel at ease with the basics of the NCEA curriculum.
Despite what seems like a rigorous academic lifestyle, I strived to find a balance between schoolwork and the lifestyle outside of it. This led to me participating in extracurricular sports such as badminton and netball, as well as school-based volunteering via our Rotary Club, where I also served as a co-leader and social media representative. During my university experience, I have picked up guitar and poetry as more artistic hobbies, still occasionally volunteering.
It is my mission to ensure that students are able to effectively and enjoyably navigate their education system with full confidence. Having graduated from ACG Parnell College (high school), I am available to tutor in the following subjects in the CAIE curriculum: Math (to AS level), Physics, English Language, English literature (IGCSE), Biology, Chemistry. I am also able to tutor NCEA level 1 within all subjects mentioned.
When teaching, I strive above all to make sure that my student grows into a confident learner, developing a genuine interest for the subject. I'm committed to helping my students coming out of their shell and being the best they can be.
