Stella Morton

Kia Ora, my name is Stella, I am currently a student at the University of Canterbury, studying Law and Social and Environmental Sustainability. I am passionate about helping students to feel more engaged and independent in their learning.

Originally from Northland, I attended Whangarei Girls' High School, where I attained Excellence Endorsement at Level 1, 2, 3 while also achieving NZQA Scholarship in History and Geography, alongside being Head Girl in my final year.

With previous tutoring experience for the past three years at Number Works'nWords, I am confident in my ability to assist students in English, History, Geography, and Biology up to Level 3, as well as Statistics and Calculus up to Level 2. I am also able to offer Year 9-11 Maths, English and Science tutoring.

Outside of academics, I love spending time outdoors (especially by the ocean), running and keeping active, and volunteering in the community.

I can’t wait to connect with students and help them achieve their goals!
