I’m a second-year student at University of Auckland. Currently studying Exercise Science with a strong interest in human biology and fitness. Before living in Auckland, I graduated at Otago Boys’ High School in Dunedin, where I completed NCEA level 3 in Calculus, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Design. Back in high school I was a boarding student since Year 9 and served as a hostel prefect in Year 13. Living in a boarding environment taught me perseverance, responsibility, and how to support others—skills I now carry into my studies and tutoring.

My academic journey hasn’t always been perfect, and that’s why I’m passionate about helping students who find science challenging. I understand what it’s like to struggle with tricky concepts and how valuable it is to have someone explain things in a way that makes sense. I focus on breaking down complex topics using real-life examples (if possible), and I aim to create a relaxed, chill space where students feel confident to ask and learn at their own pace.

As I continue my studies, I’m excited to grow both as a learner and as a tutor, helping others not just improve their grades but also enjoy and connect with science in a meaningful way.
