Jason Lu

Hello, my name is Jason and I’m close to wrapping up my degree at the University of Auckland studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) / Bachelor of Science Conjoint majoring in Civil Engineering and Physics. Back in high school, I did a few NCEA subjects in year 10, IGCSE in year 11, and IB in years 12 and 13. Having seen a bit of everything, I have a good idea of the struggles a student might face.

Aside from academics, I like cooking and experimenting with new dishes, playing the violin (though I’m not very good), and reading/experiencing a good story.

As every student has their own unique set of circumstances and goals, I believe that the most important part about tutoring, is giving students the chance to see how their own hard work and effort can yield the results they want.
