Felix McElwee
Hi! I’m Felix, and I am currently in my second year at Auckland University studying law, physics, and mathematics in a BSc LLB conjoint. I graduated Mount Albert Grammar School in 2024 where I achieved an excellence endorsement for all levels of NCEA, and received NZQA scholarships in Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, and Statistics. On top of this, I also won the Pullan Prize for 1st place in the NZ Engineering Science competition in 2024. For my academic achievement, I was awarded the 140th anniversary academic scholarship from Auckland University. I also play the piano, trombone, and sing. I won the MAGS Music Cup in 2024, and was part of the MAGS Jazz band, Symphony Orchestra, and the Centennial Choir (which won a gold award at The Big Sing in 2024). I have also competed nationally in football, curling, and orienteering.
I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable to approach with any questions or concerns, and help students achieve their goals.
I am able to tutor in Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, and Statistics up to NCEA Level 3, as well as in Scholarship for these 4 subjects.
